The Bangamela2012 will be held at the Ernst Community Cultural Center at the Northern Virginia Community College, Annandale, VA Campus. It is conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Washington DC, and few blocks from the Capital Beltway with extensive parking facilities adjacent to the building. We offer booths in sizes of 8 ft x 8 ft. All booths will come with a 6 ft x 2.5 ft table, two chairs and ambient hall light. Custom fit skirting for the tables will be provided. A rectangular (7" x 42") signboard with the vendor's name will be provided for each vendor. The name sign will be displayed on the back wall of each booth. Free WiFi connection available in the vendor booth areas.

Bangamela 2012 will send vendor's name, address, telephone numbers, and other pertinent information to Comptroller of Virginia by June 10, 2012 requesting them to issue a temporary Tax I.D. for three days during the conference if you already don't have one.
Loading dock may be used in coordination with the designated Bangamela2012 designated volunteer.
Hand carrying of merchandise through the main entrance is permitted provided the material handling equipment other than personal luggage carrier is not used.

Bangmela 2012 has negotiated discounted conference rates with Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks, Fairfax VA. A number of other hotel choices exist within 3-10 miles of the conference location.

Plenty of free parking available at the Venue and at the event Hotel.
Individual vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise. Bangamela2012 will arrange for a common secured room to store the merchandise overnight, if requested. Vendors should keep in mind though that the same room will be used by other vendors also for storing their merchandise. It is our understanding that in past Bangamela, most of the vendors chose to keep their merchandise on the shop floor overnight without any special security arrangements.
Move-in time: 1 PM, Friday, July 13, 1:00 PM. The setting-up of individual stalls should be completed by 6:00 PM Friday.
Move-out time: Sunday, July 15th, 5 PM onwards. The move-out must be completed by 10:00 PM. Additional Charge may apply if move out is not completed by 10 PM.
