The group rate may be available four days before and after these dates for those willing to extend their stay, if the Hotel has available rooms. If a night is sold out at group rate the hotel's prevailing rate will appear.
Please note: Upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged, a deposit equal to one night's room and tax (currently 9%).

Cancellation Policy
To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
All no-shows will also be charged one night room plus tax.
There is also an early departure fee of one night room plus tax.
Transportation/Parking
Complimentary on-site parking.
The Hotel is approximately 7 miles from the Bangamela2012 venue; Bangamela2012 Committee will arrange for frequent shuttle services to and from the hotel and the venue. There is ample parking spaces available at the venue for a small fee if you chose to drive.
